Bank is operational from 1st of March 2009 and is embarking on expansion with branches and is finding ways for expanding its network further to successfully in almost all key provinces of Afghanistan and is looking for qualified professionals for the advertised position.
The Bank is looking for professional experienced Male/Female to fill in the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities
The position of President/Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for the overall direction and administration of programs and services provided by the Bank; ensures that all aspects of the Bank's activities obtain maximum profits commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public. Shall report to the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Bank and Board of Directors as the highest ranking official of the Bank. Shall provide the long term strategic direction of the Bank by getting three years strategic business plans developed and approved through BOS and ensure periodical review of the business against the targets and suggest corrective measures if any deviations from business planned targets. All other Management Board executive officers of the Bank shall report to the position of President/Chief Executive Officer. Shall provide the highest level of customer relations and service; and ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures. The position of President/Chief Executive Officer shall be directly responsible for attaining all established Bank operational and financial goals. Shall perform supervisory duties of department staff; coordinate staff for coverage in all related areas of the department.

| -MBA/ CA degree; must have strong Top Management, executive leadership, banking operations, credit operations, Administration and Product Development skills. -Level 4 Knowledge of English -Fifteen Years banking experience especially in the relevant field. | ||
