Chief Operation Officer COO for a leading Bank in Afghanistan

Back Ground :

	Bank is operational from 1st of March 2009 and is embarking on expansion with branches and is finding ways for expanding its network further to successfully in almost all key provinces of Afghanistan and is looking for qualified professionals for the advertised position. The Bank is looking for professional experienced Male/Female to fill in the position of Chief Operation Officer.
	Duties & Responsibilities
	The position of Chief Operation Officer shall require planning, organizing and controlling all the day-to-day activities of the Bank; collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer in the overall administration of the Bank. Shall be responsible for the overall management of operational activities to ensure maximum profits commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees and the public. Major Bank functions reporting to the position of Chief Operating Officer are branches operation, business development resources, and other functions as designated. Developing and implementing space-planning strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs. Providing a high level of customer relations and service; and ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures. The position of Chief Operating Officer shall assists in attaining established Bank operational and business goals. Performing supervisory duties of department staff, coordinating staff for coverage in all related areas of the department.
	Qualifications
